US domestic shipping
All packages within the United States will be shipped via USPS. Price calculated at check out. Prices will vary by your location and preferred shipping speed.
International shipping
If you need to have an item shipped outside of the US, please let us know and we will work to find the carrier best suited to your location. Prices will vary by carrier and your preferred shipping speed.
Returns
Return of Damaged Items
If the item purchased was shipped to you and arrived damaged, you may return the item by contacting us within 3-5 days of receiving the item and request a refund. Please include your order number and photos of the damage. Once received, you have the option of selecting a replacement or receiving a full refund of the purchase price.
Returns and Exchanges
If you purchase an item in person from 4th Street gallery, you can return the undamaged item within 7 days to receive an in store credit or exchange the piece.
If the item was shipped to you, you have 14 days to return to the item, undamaged in its original packaging. Once the item is received undamaged, you have the option of selecting a replacement of equal or lesser value (the remainder will be refunded), store credit or a full refund of the purchase price, less the shipping cost. Customer covers the cost of shipping the returned item.
